ServiceBlock Scheduler ("we", "us") provides scheduling and compliance tooling for school-based related service providers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information (name, email, role), district and campus assignments, student records you enter, scheduled sessions, and service logs. We also collect basic technical data (IP, browser) for security and reliability.
To operate the service, support compliance and reporting, secure accounts, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Student records are processed on behalf of the school district as a "school official" with a legitimate educational interest under FERPA. Districts retain ownership of their data.
We share data with subprocessors that host and operate the platform. We disclose data when required by law.
Data is retained for the duration of the district agreement and as required by applicable record-keeping laws.
