- How is a 'provider' counted?
- Anyone who logs sessions or carries a caseload — SLPs, OTs, PTs, school psychs, counselors, etc. Schedulers and read-only viewers don't count.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes — districts on annual billing get two months off. Reach out and we'll set it up.
- Can I import existing student & service data?
- Yes. CSV import is built in, and our team will help with first-time district imports on the District plan and above.
